What is the mode of delivery?

We have partnered with multiple shipping partners to make sure the goods reach you at the earliest and at the most cost effective price. We have tied up with FedEx, BlueDart and DHL for shipment of products across India and worldwide. Depending upon your location and reach, we also make use of several other trustworthy domestic service providers to deliver products.

How do I check the status of my order?

Once your product has been shipped, you will receive an email confirming the same with order tracking details. You can track the shipment on the courier agency’s website.

How can I change the delivery address?

You can edit the address in you Account within 24 hours of placing an order. Request you to send us an email at with your order number and new address too.

How can I return a product that was damaged during delivery?

Can the same order be delivered at two different locations?

No, you will have to place separate orders and mention the respective shipping address with the contact person's name and number.

Can I order products which are on pre-order along with other readily available products?

Yes you can, however, please note that all the products will be dispatched together as per the pre-order products’ dispatch date. If you wish to receive the other products earlier, then you will have to place separate orders.

What is the average delivery time?

After dispatch 2-3 working days, within India and 10-12 working days, rest of the world.

How do I track my order?

You can track your order status ( shipped / yet to be shipped / delivered ) on ‘my account’.

What locations do you deliver to?

We deliver to all locations in India and all over the world.

What are your delivery / shipping charges?

India - Free shipping for orders of INR 500 and above. Shipping / delivery charges of INR 150 would be applicable, for orders below INR 500. In India the prices indicated are inclusive of all applicable taxes.

All over the world - Shipping / delivery charges of INR 1500 would be applicable, for all orders.



How can I cancel my order and get a refund?

Cancellations on orders may be considered if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order or before the order is dispatched, whichever comes first. If we are able to cancel your order, we will issues a 100% return.

How can I return my order and get a refund?

Please note we DO NOT have a “NO QUESTIONS ASKEDReturn Policy. If and only if there is an error on our part, will we be able to exchange the goods for the same item or an item of higher value. Notify us at Once your return has been authorised, we will arrange a reverse pick up. When we receive your returned package, we will inspect the item to confirm that it is unused and in its original packaging. The final decision on whether a returned item will be approved or rejected lies completely with Rubberband’s Quality Assurance Team.

Please make sure to include:

  1. Your name date of purchase and order number.
  2. The items you would like to return
  3. The reason for the return

Please note:

  • All products with packaging should be returned back to us in case of refund. 
  • Refunds are initiated within 3 days of notification. The amount of time it takes before the money is credit back to the customer's account depends on the clearing cycle of the customer's bank 
I have returned an order. Can I expect a cash refund?

We do not offer cash refunds. We will be happy to replace the product with the exact same product or a product of higher value. Refunds on international orders do not include duties, taxes and tariffs paid by customer. 



We use third-party courier partners and most orders across India are delivered within 4-7 working days, provided there are no unexpected delays. If the order does not reach you within 10 days (post-dispatch), we will send you a replacement or issue a full refund for the same. Please understand that as we have limited control over the package once it is shipped, we’re unable to cancel or refund the order before the mentioned timeline.

Note: This does not apply to failed / delayed deliveries with exceptions raised due to issues at the receiver’s end (for example: incorrect address, no response on the contact number, etc.).



All of our orders are shipped internationally from our warehouse in Mumbai, India to your provided shipping address. Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.

Please note any customs or import duties charged once the order reaches the destination country must be paid by the recipient of the order. Unfortunately we do not have any control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by the charges you were not expecting.

To make your shopping experience as simple as possible, we have arranged for BlueDart/ FedEx / DHL or any similar shipping agents as we may fit deem for your destination country, to customs clear your goods and deliver them to your doorstep. We try to ensure that no additional duties or taxes will be charged. However as these vary from country to country, they cannot be predicted and so any customs charges and/or handling fees charged by the courier company will be the buyer’s responsibility.

Exemplar Systems Pvt. Ltd. will also not be held responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance process. We do not take any responsibility for non-delivery of orders in case such taxes and duties are not accepted and settled by the recipient at the delivery address, and will not provide any refunds in such cases.
