Products purchased online can be returned (unopened and without damage) within 7 working days. The amount paid will not be refunded. However, a credit note will be issued which will be valid for 60 days and can be used for online purchases only on rubberbandproducts.com Cancelled orders would be refunded if the products have not already been shipped.
