How do I create an account?

On any of the pages, go to login at the top right corner. Clicking login will open a pop up box. Click on register and follow the steps as directed.

What are the benefits of registration?

You will get regular updates on new products, upcoming promotions, discount sales etc. As a registered member you would be eligible for previews and special offers over and above the regular promotions.

How do I edit my account details?

Clicking on your name at the top right corner of the page will take you to your user profile. Click on ‘edit’ to edit your account details.

Are my details secure?

Yes. Your details are used solely by Rubberband and are not divulged to any third party.

How do I recover my password?

Click forgot password on the login box and a recovery email will be sent to your primary email address.

How do I delete my account?

You will find the delete account option under edit on your user profile.

Yes, you can.

How do I remove products from my cart?

You can remove products and/or change quantities on your cart page. 

Where can I see my order history?

You can view all details of your order history on your user profile.

How do I locate the closest retail store in/ around my locality?

You can go to the store locator section on our website and view the list of stores area wise.

What are the methods of payment?

Rubberband allows the following mode for payments - PayPal.

We are currently facing issues receiving international payments (outside India) and for the time being you may email us at shop@rubberbandproducts.com and we will assist you with the same.

What payment gateways do you use?

Do you’ll offer cash on delivery (COD) services?

No, we currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

How can I cancel my order and get a refund?

Notify us at shop@rubberbandproducts.com .

How do I redeem a e-gift voucher / gift card / promotional offer?

You can enter the gift voucher / gift card / promotional offer code number on your cart page and hit the update cart button.

The gift voucher has a validity of three months, so make sure you redeem it before the validity expires.

How do I know my transaction is secure?

We use highly secure payment gateways and your details are used solely by Rubberband and are not divulged to any third party.

Can I purchase items in bulk and get a discount?

You can send us an email with the quantities at sales@rubberbandproducts.com.

How can I change the delivery address?

You can send us an email at shop@rubberbandproducts.com with your order number and new address.

How can I return a product that was damaged during delivery?

Notify us at shop@rubberbandproducts.com .

Can the same order be delivered at two different locations?

No, you will have to place separate orders and mention the respective shipping address with the contact person's name and number.

Can I personalise my products?

Please write to us on shop@rubberbandproducts.com or call us on +91 99209 39342 before you place your order to check if personalisation is possible. However, additional charges and extended delivery times will apply.

Can I order products which are on pre-order along with other readily available products?

Yes you can, however, please note that all the products will be dispatched together as per the pre-order products’ dispatch date. If you wish to receive the other products earlier, then you will have to place separate orders.

What is the average delivery time?

5-7 working days, within India and 10-12 working days, rest of the world.

How do I track my order?

You can track your order status ( shipped / yet to be shipped / delivered ) on ‘my account’.

What locations do you deliver to?

We deliver to all locations in India and all over the world.

What are your delivery / shipping charges?

India - Free shipping for orders of INR 500 and above. Shipping/delivery charges of INR 150 would be applicable, for orders below INR 500. In India the prices indicated are inclusive of all applicable taxes.

All over the world - Shipping/delivery charges of INR 1500 would be applicable, for all orders.

Do I have to pay duty and taxes?

All of our orders are shipped internationally from our warehouse in Mumbai, India to the provided shipping address. Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a buyer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.

Please note any customs or import duties charged once the order reaches the destination country must be paid by the recipient of the order. Unfortunately we do not have any control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by the charges you were not expecting.

We ship via FedEx/DHL or any similar shipping agents as we may fit deem for your destination country, to customs clear your goods and deliver them to your doorstep. We try to ensure that no additional duties or taxes will be charged. However as these vary from country to country, they cannot be predicted and so any customs charges and/or handling fees charged by the courier company will be the buyer’s responsibility.

Exemplar Systems Pvt. Ltd. will also not be held responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance process. We do not take any responsibility for non-delivery of orders in case such taxes and duties are not accepted and settled by the recipient at the delivery address, and will not provide any refunds in such cases.

We do not accept returns for products, unless it is a quality defect. 

Please note we DO NOT have a “NO QUESTIONS ASKEDReturn Policy. If there is an error on our part, will we be able to exchange the goods for the same item or an item of higher value.
